The second half of my Capstone Project: Iron Echoes: Zenith's Rising. Here, the focus was on completely redesigning the UI and enhancing the overall visual appeal for final presentations. Milestones included streamlining item creation, creating outlines for items, improving item visibility, adding a Mini Map, and designing non-gameplay menus. I also assisted in some coding on the Player State Machine to get inventory items working and having the inventory accessible to the player. By the end of the semester, with assistance from my team member Lance, we had a fully working dialogue system designed and ready, and inventory system that could work both with Keyboard and Mouse and on Controller.
